I had a few questions before I went ahead and booked, and I’m glad I asked because the staff got back to me faster than I thought they would. They explained everything clearly enough, and it didn’t feel like I was being annoying for asking, which I always kind of worry about.

I’m giving 4 stars just because one of the replies the next day took a little longer than the others, and I feel like that’s fair to mention. But overall, the customer service was good, easy to deal with, and definitely made me feel more comfortable booking.

The wine shuttle was a really convenient way to get around without worrying about driving or parking. It was fun and made the day much easier overall. The only downside was that I wish the pickup had been a little faster, but it still worked out well

We ate at the restaurant during our stay, and I have to say the food was really good. I wasn’t sure what to expect, maybe I’m just too picky with hotel restaurants, but my meal came out hot, tasted fresh, and the portion was decent.

It wasn’t anything super fancy or over the top, just solid food that actually tasted better than I thought it would. I’d probably eat there again if we come back to Geneva.

I enjoyed being outside and walking around near the water. It made the visit feel relaxing and still nice. That said, some parts felt a little unorganized, so it was harder to figure out what to do next. I also expected more activities, so the day felt a bit shorter than I hoped. Overall, it was okay, just not anything amazing.

The place itself was nice enough, and I can see why some people might enjoy it. But for us with kids, it just didn’t really work. They got bored quickly, the food choices were limited, and the staff didn’t seem all that patient with families. And honestly? That got frustrating fast. I’d say it’s probably a better spot for adults than for a family outing.

Breakfast was okay overall. The food was fine, nothing really stood out though, and the coffee tasted a bit weak, which is kind of a letdown when you’re counting on that morning boost

I stayed at The Lodge at Geneva and actually noticed how well the place was kept up. The hallways, rooms, and outdoor areas all looked clean, and nothing really felt neglected. We had a small issue with a door latch, but maintenance came by and fixed it quickly. Definitely nice to see that they stay on top of things.

Everyone there was really friendly, like almost unbelievably nice from start to finish. It made the whole experience feel so much better.

I’ll be honest, I usually stick with another hotel brand out of habit, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this stay was so easy with our pup that it kind of changed my mind. He was welcome everywhere, the staff was relaxed about it, and it made the whole trip feel way less stressful. We loved it

We had a wedding event here, and I’ll say the place really did look nice in person. The staff on the day were friendly enough, and things mostly came together. That said, I’m always a little wary of all the polished “we handle everything” type talk you get from venues, and in this case the planning side didn’t fully live up to it. Communication before the event was slower than I expected, and a few details got mixed up along the way. The food was fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. Overall, the event worked out and guests seemed happy, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth or stress-free as we were hoping.

We had a really nice time and the pool was definitely the highlight. The hot tub was great too after a long day. Everything felt relaxing and easy which made the stay even better.

I went to the spa while we were staying there. the staff was really nice and my massage was good, but the waiting area felt kinda crowded and my appointment started late. For what it cost, I was expecting it to feel a lot more relaxing. not terrible or anything, just average for me

My wife and I stayed here for a quiet little getaway, and it was so cozy and romantic by the lake (exactly the kind of peaceful night we needed). We both loved the vibe and would happily come back.

The base price seemed reasonable at first, but once all the extra fees started showing up, it got frustrating fast. I mean, the fees weren’t terrible, but I wish they’d just be more upfront so I don’t have to keep figuring out the real total.

I pulled in and found a spot right away, which kind of surprised me. Maybe I just got lucky, but there was no hassle at all getting parked.

I got there around what I thought was the normal check-in time, but the whole timing of it was confusing. At first they said the room wasn’t ready yet, then a little later it sounded like it might be, but nobody seemed totally sure what was happening. The staff wasn’t rude or anything, just kind of scattered. Once I finally got to the room it was fine enough, but that first hour or however long it was really wasn’t a great start

The “lake view” felt like the definition kept changing once we got there. I was expecting to actually see the lake, but it was barely visible unless you stood in just the right spot and tried hard. Kind of disappointing, especially when it’s advertised that way.

I stayed here, and overall the place was nice enough, but the bar service, was a bit of a letdown. We waited quite a while just to order drinks, and the staff didn’t really seem in much of a rush, or all that bothered. The drinks were fine once they finally came, but, they didn’t feel worth the wait. I’d probably still come back, just not for the bar.

The beds were really comfortable and I slept great once I finally got settled. I just wish it hadn’t taken so much effort to get everything sorted before I could actually relax.

I stayed at The Lodge for a weekend and had a decent time overall. The amenities were definitely a plus, the pool area was clean, and the hot tub felt amazing after being out walking around all day.
The onsite restaurant was really convenient, especially when we didn’t feel like going back out, but the service got a little slow once it was busy. The lobby and outdoor spaces were comfortable and well kept, though not especially fancy or memorable.

I’d say I left with mixed feelings, mostly because a few parts of the place felt a bit dated. Nothing ruined the trip, and I still enjoyed the stay, but there’s definitely room for some updates. I’d probably come back if the price was right.
